Miri Rodriguez and Stacey Danheiser know what it’s like to give everything you have—only to watch the ladder pulled up before you can climb. They’ve been the only women in the room. Nobel Prize–winning economist Claudia Goldin revealed why—how motherhood penalties, long-hour cultures, and outdated systems keep the game rigged. And the World Economic Forum delivered the statistic that stopped them cold: at this pace, gender parity is still 123 years away.
Justice delayed is justice denied
