Labs are hands-on, intensive build sessions where you leave with tangible work done. Workshops are shorter skill-building sessions focused on learning new strategies, frameworks, and tools. Both feature interactive activities and guided AI-powered exercises that help you turn ideas into action and apply concepts in real time. Members get unlimited access to both.
Do I need to have an Empressa membership to attend the Portfolio Operator Lab?
No — anyone can register. The $499 Operator tier credits toward an annual membership if you join.

The Empressathon is Empressa’s signature build event. Through a structured sprint, participants use proven frameworks and AI-powered tools to solve business challenges, accelerate progress on key initiatives, and create actionable plans for growth.
How often do you run events?
We host events throughout the month, including workshops twice a month, labs every 6 weeks, networking sessions, and special programs. New events are added regularly to the calendar.
How do I register for an event?
Simply select the event you’d like to attend and complete registration online. Members can register directly through their dashboard in Heartbeat, while non-members can purchase tickets for eligible public events.

Will I leave with something tangible?

Are events recorded?
Selected events are recorded and made available to members. Interactive labs and networking sessions will not be recorded to encourage participation and candid discussion.
